7:30–8:00 am
Door-to-door Sydney pickup
Your chauffeur collects the whole group, so nobody needs to drive, organise a designated driver or navigate after tastings.
10:00 am
First cellar door
Start at a cellar door selected around your preferences, from established estates to smaller family-run producers. Tasting appointments should be reserved in advance.
11:30 am
Second tasting
Continue through Pokolbin for another tasting, with your purchases safely stored in the vehicle between stops.
1:00 pm
Vineyard lunch
Enjoy a relaxed lunch at a winery restaurant or local venue. We can build the driving itinerary around your confirmed reservation.
2:30 pm
Your choice of afternoon stops
Choose another cellar door or mix wine with cheese, chocolate, spirits or a scenic stop. The cellar door choice remains yours; we can suggest options to match your tastes.
5:30–6:00 pm
Safe return to Sydney
Everyone can relax on the journey home while your chauffeur handles the road. Drop-off is at your agreed Sydney address, subject to traffic and the day's schedule.
Which vehicle suits your group?
The Audi Q7 is ideal for couples or up to three guests. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class suits groups of up to seven and leaves room for purchases. The Sprinter offers one comfortable vehicle for celebrations and groups of up to 13.

How far in advance should we book?
Book early enough to secure both your preferred vehicle and cellar-door appointments. Several weeks is sensible for Saturdays, holidays and peak event dates.
Can we choose the wineries?
Yes. Cellar-door choice is up to your group. Share your preferred estates or wine styles and we can organise the transport schedule around confirmed reservations.
What happens in bad weather?
Most tastings and lunch venues are indoors, so tours normally continue. Your chauffeur may adjust travel timing or stops if severe weather affects safety.
Are child seats available?
Child seats can be arranged with advance notice. Some cellar doors have their own rules for children, so check with each venue before reserving.
Does the chauffeur wait during tastings?
Yes. The chauffeur and vehicle stay with your group for the tour, allowing nobody in the group to drive after drinking.
