CrownCharter is operated by Energia Discretionary Trust (ABN 50 240 682 904). By accessing our website or making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide premium chauffeur and vehicle hire services in Sydney, Australia, including airport transfers, point-to-point journeys, and hourly hire.

CrownCharter facilitates the booking of professional chauffeur services. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability) and will notify you as promptly as possible.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are displayed clearly before you confirm payment. We accept credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay via our Square-secured checkout.

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation number.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the notice period given:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund issued
• Between 4 and 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund issued
• Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: No refund

To cancel a booking, please contact us via the Contact Us page with your booking reference number.

You are responsible for:

• Being ready at the agreed pickup location and time
• Providing accurate journey information (addresses, flight numbers, passenger count)
• Ensuring all passengers comply with reasonable driver instructions
• Ensuring child seat requests are accurate (age, weight, height)
• Paying for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers

For airport pickups, we provide a standard waiting period of 60 minutes from the actual landing time at no additional charge (to allow for baggage collection and customs). For other pickups, a standard 15-minute grace period applies. Waiting time beyond these limits may be charged at an additional rate.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Energia Discretionary Trust and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energia Discretionary Trust and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
