What we can carry
Items must fit inside an Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz V-Class or Sprinter with room to secure them, and be manageable by the chauffeur and whoever is helping at each end. Accurate dimensions and weight let us confirm this before we quote.
Suitable packaging is your responsibility. We can advise on what tends to travel well, but we do not crate, pack or assemble items.
Cover and responsibility
Please do not assume any particular insurance cover applies to your item. If the item is valuable, arrange appropriate transit cover yourself and tell us about any requirements before booking. We will confirm the terms that apply in writing with your quote.

Can I travel with the item?
Yes. Many clients choose to ride with the item. Include the number of passengers in the form.
Do you pack or crate items?
No. Items should be packed and ready for loading. Tell us how it is packed so we can check it will travel securely.
How is it priced?
Individually, based on route, timing, vehicle and handling requirements. There is no published rate.
