How pet transport works
You tell us the route, preferred date, and the pet or pets travelling, including species, approximate size and whether you have a crate or carrier. We review the request, check vehicle suitability and reply with a quote or with questions.
On the day, the chauffeur collects from your door and drives directly to the destination, with stops planned for longer journeys. Where the owner is not travelling, we agree who hands over and who receives the pet before we confirm.
What we need to know
Species and breed, size and weight, number of animals, whether they are crate-trained, and anything relevant about health, medication or anxiety on car trips. The more we know, the better we can judge whether the trip is suitable.
We are a chauffeur service, not a veterinary or animal-care business. We don't provide veterinary care, sedation or boarding, and we may decline trips where road travel isn't appropriate for the animal.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take all animals?
No. Each request is assessed individually. Dogs and cats in suitable carriers are the most common requests; other animals are considered case by case.
Does my pet need a crate?
A secure crate or carrier is usually required and is safer for everyone. Tell us what you have and its dimensions when requesting a quote.
Can my pet travel without me?
Sometimes, by arrangement, with a named person to hand over and receive the pet. We will confirm whether this is possible for your trip.
Is there a fixed price?
No published price. Pet trips are quoted individually based on route, time, vehicle and requirements.
